Booking FAQ for organizations
Do we need an appointment, or can our team walk in?
Individuals and small groups are welcome to walk into our San Jose office during business hours. For groups, we recommend booking an appointment so we can staff for your volume and avoid waits. For a whole roster, an onsite visit is usually the most efficient option.
Can you fingerprint our whole team onsite?
Yes. We dispatch certified rollers with DOJ-approved equipment to your office, school, clinic, or church anywhere in Northern California, for cohorts from five people up to several hundred. Note your location and applicant count on the request form for a confirmed time.
Is there a minimum number of applicants or a notice period?
No 15-person minimum and no mandatory two-week wait. We schedule cohorts as small as five and accept last-minute and emergency requests when a deadline is tight. Earlier notice always helps us reserve your preferred date.
What should applicants bring to the appointment?
The Request for Live Scan Service form (BCIA 8016) from your requesting agency with the correct ORI, plus a valid government photo ID. For an organization account, we’ll also set up a W-9 and a short services agreement so applicants never pay at the counter.
How do we set up centralized billing instead of paying per visit?
Open a net-30 billing account. We configure your ORI and billing details once, then your team is processed under the account and you receive one itemized monthly invoice. Choose “Open a net-30 account” context on the form or mention it in the notes.
How fast will you confirm, and how fast are results?
We confirm appointment requests within one business day. Channeler-network FBI results return in as little as 1–4 hours and DOJ Live Scan submits the same day; turnaround can vary with fingerprint quality or record complexity.
What are your hours and where are you located?
Our office is at 434 Blossom Hill Road, San Jose, CA 95123, open Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Saturday and mobile visits by appointment. Mobile service covers anywhere in Northern California.
Ready to book your team?
Send your request and we’ll confirm a time within one business day — walk-in, onsite across Northern California, or a net-30 account, with rush and emergency dispatch when you need it.
