How onsite pricing works in Gilroy
We do not publish a fixed mobile rate, because the honest number depends on your group. A quote has two parts: the per-applicant rate, which drops as the group grows, and the state and federal fees set by the DOJ and FBI, which are identical at every authorized provider in California.

Can you come early morning or at a shift change?
Yes. Processing lines, cold storage, and distribution sites do not run on office hours, and clearing a crew before a line starts is normal for us. Tell us your shift pattern when you request the quote.
Do you come to our site, or do employees come to you?
We come to you. Fingerscan Digital is a mobile fingerprinting service for businesses, not a walk-in office. A certified fingerprint technician brings DOJ-certified equipment to your Gilroy site. Employees are printed at our San Jose office only when their employer holds a signed services agreement with us and sends staff in under that account.
What is the minimum group size for an onsite visit in Gilroy?
Five. Many providers require ten, fifteen, or twenty-five before they will travel — and this far south, many will not travel at all.
Do our employees have to pay at the counter?
No. We configure centralized billing so the DOJ and FBI fees and the rolling fee are invoiced to your organization on net-30 terms. Applicants arrive with photo ID and get printed.
Do we need our own ORI number first?
Not to start the conversation. If your organization does not yet have an Originating Agency Identifier, we walk you through obtaining DOJ authorization and configure the ORI and Mail Code before the visit, so submissions route correctly the first time.
How do we prove the crew was cleared for an audit?
You receive a completion record listing every applicant, the date, the service performed, and the ATI number for each submission. Results themselves go directly from the DOJ and FBI to the requesting agency — we never receive or store them.

Where our mobile service stops
Our corridor runs from Gilroy in the south to Hayward in the north. We do not travel to San Francisco, Oakland, or Walnut Creek, and we do not cover the North Bay, Sacramento, the Central Valley, Hollister, or Salinas. If your site is outside the corridor above, we will tell you when you request a quote rather than book a visit we cannot staff properly.
