The People Behind Your Compliance Fingerprinting
We’re a small, certified San Jose team that employers, law firms, and licensing-regulated organizations have trusted with their fingerprinting since 2020. No call centers, no rotating counter clerks — just a certified professional who does the work and stands behind it.
Why Quinnie started Fingerscan Digital
When Quinnie Do founded Fingerscan Digital in 2020, she’d already spent years in work where precision wasn’t optional — as a California DOJ-certified Fingerprint Roller, a commissioned Notary Public, and a bonded immigration consultant. In all of it, one pattern kept repeating: a single wrong field or a smudged impression could send a filing back and cost someone weeks they couldn’t spare.
She saw local employers caught in the middle — sending their people to a self-serve kiosk or a shipping-store counter on one side, or to an impersonal national service on the other, and absorbing the rejections and delays either way. Fingerscan Digital was her answer: a local team that treats every print like the deadline it’s attached to, and takes responsibility for getting it accepted.
Six years on, that’s still how we work — one certified team, accountable for every appointment.
The principles behind every appointment
Right the first time
We know what each agency and licensing board expects on the form and the card. Getting it right up front is how we keep your people out of the rejection-and-redo loop.
A certified professional owns it
Your prints aren’t handed to whoever’s free. A DOJ-certified professional captures every one and is accountable for getting the submission accepted.
We respect your people’s time
Onboarding a group? We bring capture to your office or facility so your staff aren’t pulled away one at a time or left waiting in a line.
Plain answers, in your language
We serve clients in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, so everyone gets clear instructions and a straightforward appointment — no guesswork.
Two certified hands on the work
Quinnie founded Fingerscan Digital in 2020 and still takes prints herself. Alongside her DOJ certification, she’s a commissioned Notary Public and a bonded immigration consultant — a background in document-exact work that shapes how carefully every submission is handled.
Tony is a trained Live Scan operator who keeps group and onsite sessions moving without anyone being handed off to whoever happens to be available. When you book a group, he’s how it stays fast and accurate.
The work we handle for clients
Most of our clients come to us for one of a handful of needs — usually tied to a hire, a license, or a compliance deadline. We keep it under one roof so you’re not coordinating three vendors:
- Live Scan fingerprinting — electronic submission to the California DOJ and FBI for employment and licensing.
- FBI background checks — federal-level results for roles and agencies that require them.
- FD-258 ink cards — ink-rolled cards for out-of-state and multi-state filings.
- Onsite & group fingerprinting — we come to your office or facility across Northern California.
- I-9 verification — identity and work-authorization checks for the same hires.
